We offer our customers security of quality, giving woldwide 2 years of warranty.

Process
Primarily, we repair the error and send the product back to you. If the watch cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

Exclusions
Warranty covers factory errors of the entire watch. The warranty will not be valid if watch has been mishandled or used under remarkable conditions such as exposing your watch to water deeper than tolerance level of specifications of the watch, or leaving it in a harsch environment which may cause direct damage to the watch. Any work performed by an unauthorized person or entity, shall automatically render this warranty as consumed. The terms of this warranty does not in any way restrict or otherwise affect any possible statutory rights to which the consumer may be entitled by law in the country of purchase. Warranty Claim
Every watch is inspected before shipping to make sure there are now obvious faults and that it´s functioning properly. Also for detailed information please make sure to read our Terms & Conditions before warranty claim. If you believe that you have received a faulty watch, do not hesitate to contact us using the formular in contact page. Please describe the issue as detailed as possible, also be prepared to complete with pictures as we get back you regarding your warranty claim. We will send an adress to you where to send the watch for further inspection. If ascertrained manufactoring error after evaluation, we will try to repair your watch and send it back to you. If the error covered by warranty cannot be repaired you will receive a new product. When requesting a warranty, you also need to a receipt.
