generated by the swedish postal service Post Nord.

Your unique tracking code will like this: "RR*********SE" with * beeing unique numbers connected to your order.

https://www.postnord.se/en/our-tools/track-and-trace/ Note, Swedish postal tracking will only track until it leaves sweden with air-mail.

Once the package has arrived in India, we recommend that you use the national indian postal service for tracking:
https://www.indiapost.gov.in/ there you will be able to follow your package all the way though the terminals and offices. The indian postal service are updated in real time which is an advance compared to many other tracking services, to keep you freshly informed about where your watch is at the moment.

There are many different tracking websites online, please note that some of them do not provide all data. Also some of them update slower and may show not show current status. This is why you should always use https://www.indiapost.gov.in/ once the package has arrived in India. If the website does not work - please wait a bit and try again, we have noticed that even the indian online postal service sometimes is overloaded and not working properly.

Shipping time to India
We have many Indian customers and the mean time of delivery from purshase is 9 days. We use express shipping by airmail, which should be 5-7 days normally. However, there have been many overloaded postal service offices in India lately, adding time to the shipping.

Sometimes the Indian custom told keeps the package for up to days, before it is cleared. This is also due to overload.

There may be delays due to national, regional and local postal offices. This isunfortunately out of our control. In summary, there may be variation in shipping time and in rare cases has taken up to 14 days to arrive.

Customs and fees
Geltier watch comany does not add any additional fees to your order. Shipping and handling is free of charge from Sweden to destined country and included in the price. However, some countries may charge import tax/fee and/or administrational fees on incoming products. Those fees are out of our control and we do not cover national added fees or taxes added by a countries custom told, tax-agency, local postal offices or likewise authorities.

Returns and changes
Buy from us with confidence. We offer a 30 day open purchase on all our watches, so that you may test it. Note, that in order apply for a return, the product must be in new condition with all tags and covers sealed.
